Anise Welty is a 17-year-old incoming senior in Boise, Idaho, and attends Hyde Park Mennonite Fellowship, a church that prides itself on taking action and standing with the most vulnerable. I have been involved in political advocacy work since the age of 12, including knocking on doors, attending meetings, and helping lead local advocacy pushes. I enjoy reading, writing poetry, hiking, and hanging out with friends whenever I have a spare moment of free time.
