The administrator and a teacher at Hopi Mission School were arrested by federal agents Sept. 27 in Kykotsmovi, Ariz. It is another link in a chain of legal issues the school has experienced since at least 2013.

Tim Huber is associate editor at Anabaptist World. He worked at Mennonite World Review since 2011. A graduate of Tabor College, he and his wife Heidi Huber served with Mennonite Central Committee in Germany, where the first of their three children were born. In a down year for enrollment at many U.S. Mennonite colleges, universities and seminaries, Goshen (Ind.) College’s enrollment is up, returning to levels it last saw in 2013. Overall, two institutions reported enrollment gains, and six experienced losses.
