Iran attack saved lives

I am appalled by the lack of truth-telling in Melissa Florer-Bixler’s “A Sermon for When the U.S. Bombed Iran” (published at anabaptistworld.org). She refers to “an unprovoked attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.” What she leaves out is Iran’s long-term nuclear ambition to destroy Israel and attack the United States with an intercontinental ballistic missile. Are the millions of lives in Israel not worth preserving, let alone in the U.S.? This naïveté and denial of reality is shocking. It is not a peaceful Christian act to deny evil and the need to prevent a catastrophe.
