Deep in the winter alley

Since my first macro photography post from last fall, I’ve been focusing more and more on the small details. This afternoon I went out into the alley bordering our building and took a really close look at some of the things around me. It turns out that even the winter, the world is bursting with interesting textures and shapes and colors.
