Melody Pannell is a social activist, equity trainer, public speaker, theologian, educator, mentor and counselor. Previously an Assistant Professor of Social Work and Chairperson of the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion at Eastern Mennonite University. Also previously served as Director of Counseling Services at Virginia Union University and Director of Multicultural Services at EMU. Currently serves as the Director of Diversity and Community Engagement at UVA Health and School of Medicine and Director of Communications for Anabaptist Center for Religion and Society (ACRS).
