Sylvia Gross Bubalo
Sylvia Gross Bubalo (1928-2007), artist and poet, shaped by her Franconia (Pa.) Mennonite context, was ahead of her time when it came to speaking into issues of patriarchy, earth care, and intercultural/interfaith consciousness. She did all this through her deep abiding faith in her “King,” the Prince of Peace. Much of her poetry and art collection is housed in the Goshen College Mennonite Historical Library. Sylvia was a member of College Mennonite Church, Goshen, Ind.
