My brothers and I are now trying to clear out the rubble of what is left of our family home and make it liveable for all of our families.
I rarely wear a shirt with a clerical collar — or anything else that indicates I’m ordained clergy. In my little Mennonite congregation, everyone knows I’m their pastor, and besides, among the priesthood of all believers, we are all called, and I don’t want to look pretentious.
What would happen if we all encouraged, supported and helped one another (particularly men) to evaluate our behaviors — especially in the realm of sexuality? What if we were accountable to one another to act in appropriate and God-honoring ways?
