Kelsi Folsom

Kelsi Folsom is a poet and classically-trained singer making her home in NW Ohio with her husband and four children. She is the author of three poetry collections, including Breaking the Jar (Finishing Line Press, 2022) and Buried in the Margins (Finishing Line Press, 2020), and has work published or forthcoming in Plough, Ekstasis, Anabaptist World, Clayjar Review, Coffee and Crumbs, Motherscope, The Caribbean Writer, and elsewhere. Having lived in the Dutch Caribbean she is here for rum punch, soca music, and moody sunsets. When she isn’t studying for her M.A. in Theopoetics and Writing from Bethany Theological Seminary, she enjoys hiking, crying while listening to opera, performing live, and reading YA novels.
