Not our own authority

I have read MWR most of my adult life. Only in recent decades have these pages reported serious disagreement on appropriate sexual behavior. Opposite positions cannot both be right. Regardless of how we feel about the matter, we are not the final authority. The Word could hardly be more clear. To assume we are free to follow natural or unnatural urges contrary to divine directive is misguided and tragic. Many people live celibate lives. This may or may not be a matter of choice. Regardless of circumstances, lifestyle is a choice. Wrong choices do not have good outcomes.
