Over half of the Nov. 9 front page is filled with same-sex issues. What a different message we would give to the churches and the world if that much was given to church plants, the Great Commission and the teachings of Jesus on his prayer for unity and Paul’s teaching of one body, one Lord, one faith. Are these no longer biblical issues? My heart aches with the longing to focus on evangelism, church plants and unity. I am pleased with the picture of many people focused on Bible study. I wonder what Jesus thinks, but I do not know that Christ has changed the four Gospels. Do we not already know what Christ taught? Can’t we change our focus?
