I loved the item (Currents, Nov. 6) quoting a statement signed by more than 5,000 “Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden” saying: “[W]e believe that on balance, Joe Biden’s policies are more consistent with the biblically shaped ethic of life than those of Donald Trump.” Your item further notes that the Pro-Life Evangelicals cite “poverty, health care, racism and climate change as pro-life issues.” This gives me hope, as does the fact that the forces of evil, dishonesty, lawlessness and arrogant power have not succeeded in overturning the results of our democratic process.
