Here are five things worth paying attention to this month. I recommend selecting one or two and jumping in over the next week.

  1. There are tragedies all around us. Today, Ethiopia is on my mind.
  2. This tragic story is another reminder that in the “War on Terror” the US is the greatest perpetrator of violence.
  3. Haitian migrants deserve far better than they’re receiving. 
  4. Some folks at the U.N are doing great work. Unsurprisingly, U.S. reps were absent during the conversation on structural racism.       
  5. If you need some good music in your life, look no further than Tobe Nwigwe’s At the Crib set.
