Regarding Gary Oyer’s “Rely on Government?” (Letters & Comments, May 18): I have given my government stimulus check to organizations whose programs have been cut by the government in my city, and to Mennonite Central Committee, with appreciation for the work MCC is doing for those who need help in these times.
