Isn’t it adultery?

I hear a lot about justice as it relates to same-sex relationships. The logic seems to be that fairness demands everyone is entitled to marriage. But isn’t there a higher justice — “Thou shalt not commit adultery”? Isn’t adultery committed when a sexual act or relationship happens outside a marriage of one man and one woman? This is what I understand Jesus to say in Matt. 5:27-32 and 19:3-9. Wouldn’t it be more accurate to call LGBT relationships adultery rather than using a euphemism? Or what is adultery, according to those in the LGBT group?
