Love and judgment

Perhaps we should ask “how to be?” rather than “what to do?” Chester Wenger has demonstrated judgment-free grace. While some speculate about Christ’s position on same-gender attraction, for want of a written record, we have relevant instruction from him in Matt. 7:1-5 on how to be. This is not directed toward the target of the accusing finger but in the direction the other three are pointing. Does judgment-free grace as intended by Christ not apply here? Should that grace not override what may be cultural judgments found in Scripture on this issue, as it has on so many others? Judging one another is not included in the Sermon-on-the-Mount job description Jesus left his followers.
