Mennonite Brethren Foundation is doubling the size of its headquarters in Hillsboro, Kan., with construction beginning this month.

The two-story addition will be north of the current building, which was constructed five years ago. Additional parking along the north and east lines of the property is included in the project.

MB Foundation has increased its staff by more than 50% since 2017 and has experienced consistent growth in the funds it manages, up more than 70%. MB Foundation has 19 staff members in Hillsboro and manages more than $311 million in assets. The number of accounts it serves across the country from offices in Hillsboro and Fresno, Calif., has grown by more than 29%.

“There is great potential for broadening our stewardship teaching, assisting individuals with faith-minded legacy giving and partnering with ministries to expand their facilities,” said Jon C.
