Heather Wolfe lives close to the land where she is deeply rooted in Vermont, USA. Complementary to her profession as a dietitian and health coach, Wolfe is a cookbook author and homesteader who enjoys permaculture gardening, scratch cooking, and raising backyard chickens alongside her husband and three daughters. She is the eco-minister at Taftsville Chapel Mennonite Fellowship, leads a monthly Wild Church gathering, and graduated from seminary with an eco-spiritual director certification.
I think nature’s economy gives us a glimpse of God’s intent for us, a way of living in the world but not of the corrupt, unjust system that has come to be.
