Anabaptist Disabilities Network has announced Hannah Thompson is joining the organization as program director. She will be responsible for the newsletter, assisting with communications, resource development, creating community and strengthening the network.
Thompson graduated in 2020 with a master’s degree in social justice from Loyola University after earning her undergraduate degree in communication in 2012 at Elmhurst University. She is a motivational speaker and advocate for people with disabilities.
She has advocated for dystonia research and served on the U.S. Federal Communications Commission Disability Advisory Committee from 2014 to 2016.
