Lucinda Kinsinger’s thoughts about “Disillusionment or hope?” (Nov. 3) match mine. Her turmoil is mine. Prudent judgment requires great wisdom, for evil sneaks around many corners. We need to be as wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Thanks for her prime concept: Christian hope “rings louder in our hearts . . . when we gain private glimpses of God.”
