I was deeply moved by Conrad L. Kanagy’s column, “How do I move from death to life?” (October). My divorce and recovery from it are a true mirror of what he’s written. I was a very sick man on many levels 17 years ago, but, through the transforming power of love from many people and from nature, I’m more aware than ever of the life-giving power of the Resurrection. I don’t care if we use a big R or a little r [a distinction Kanagy wrote about]. I’ve told countless people that we’re the Easter people, but Easter has never meant more to me than in this context. Many blessings to Professor Kanagy and to the AW editors for printing this testimony to the power of the Resurrection.
