The International Community of Mennonite Brethren has stated the first priority in India “should be recognizing the brokenness for the Conference and seeking healing in the power of the Holy Spirit.” I agree. Our MB mission needs spiritual renewal. New MB conference structures must have a deep spiritual impulse to give unity and drive. This spiritual goal should not be just a slogan but taught and practiced. We are at a turning point in MB history. The future will be one of either peace and prosperity or conflict and disaster. It’s up to us, by truth, judgment and peace. I appreciate and support the ad hoc committee, and especially Paul Gandham, for their relentless work.
